The Minnesota State Fair isn't just about food on a stick or carnival rides, there's also a plethora of music and Brandi Carlile is experiencing a bit of a resurgence. Last year she hit it big with her first big single , "The Story", and that song as well as her career is experiencing a rebirth of sorts.
