Did you hear about the blizzard?

The photographer says: The wind really whipped the 10 inches of snow, out in the open country visibility was zero at times. The highway patrol closed the gates at all entrances to the freeway. Interstate I 29 was closed from the South Dakota border to Canada and I 94 was closed from Montana to the middle of Minnesota.
Unfortunately, the photographer didn't tag a location but given the highways named, I am guessing near the Fargo/Detroit Lakes area of Minnesota. Today's weather isn't much better as the Twin Cities area woke up to -10 degree temperatures.
