At least it looks that way. Really this was a phenomenal storm system rolling over southeastern Minnesota, probably somewhere over Dennison when this was taken. Yesterday was a strange day of weather in and around the Twin Cities, indeed.
PS: Does anyone know the technical name for this type of cloud?
