It comes up from time to time, people should out "We need green energy". They then point to immense wind turbines built in China that already dot parts of our state. But green energy is nothing new as witnessed by this windmill in Lake Elmo, MN. This kind of energy powered the wells of the farms that made the expansion and growth of America possible over a century ago.
