Saturday, even with the rain and temperatures warmer than usual in the thirties, brought the St. Paul Winter Carnival's Frozen 5K and Half Marathon. If you're here looking to see who won, I have no idea but the colorful running attire makes for a pleasant break from the start whites and grays of winter in Minnesota.
