Monotropa uniflora (I think I've always heard it referred to as Indian Pipe).
It's a pretty neat plant that I've never seen in person, though I've read about. It looks like a fungus, but is actually a flower. It contains no chlorophyll, so it does not produce its own energy. It is a parasitic plant that derives its energy from associations with fungi (who in turn derive their energy from trees).
