A sight that I, along with thousands of Minnesotans are becoming accustomed to, are a litany of road closed signs and barricades. This one from the Red River of the North, seems rather obvious given that the sign is in the water. While roads in the Red River Valley will likely remain submerged for some time, roads in the Minnesota River Valley are slowly beginning to open.
