The long-neglected and closed Cedar Avenue bridge is shown here with weeds growing in its wooden deck still stands alongside the new Highway 77/Cedar Avenue bridge connecting Bloomington and Eagan across the Minnesota River. It's one of a few closing not due to the government shutdown in Minnesota which is in its second week.
