The photographer says: After yesterday morning's approx eight inch snowfall in about three
hours, I went for a short ride and found some back roads that had not
been plowed yet.
I would love to know more about the location but judging by the style of electrical transmission towers, I would bet that this scene is along the controversial CapX2020 project crossing the likes of Sibley, Scott and Dakota Counties as it carries electricity generated in western Minnesota and eastern South Dakota.
