With the phrase "Minnesota State Fair" literally etched in stone in the background of this scene from the southern reaches of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights, MN,  this man is leading two towering Clydesdale (?) horses up one of the fair's numerous paved streets amidst a sparse crowd early in the morning of the opening day of the fair.
