Street art in Minneapolis

Call it street art. Call it tagging. Call it graffiti. WHatever the case, this photograph is amazing. An obvious long exposure used to catch the cool trails of emerald colored lights in front of the wall. The colors are masked with a wondrous orange glow that makes the dark and dilapidated area actually look inviting.
