The photographer of this photo of the Lowry Bridge in Minneapolis says:

There's a little sign on the viewing platform by the bridge that says "Take Your Picture Here" so I did.

I didn't actually see the sign but one of the guys I was with told me about it, so I don't know it it's really there.
