Summer nights are truly the best of the year. They begin later and they are shorter which means the amount of fun created per hour is higher than at other times of the year. That, apparently, is how this particular photographer who scaled this Minneapolis-area construction site lives. After proceeding to the top of the construction site, the photographer stuck around long enough to capture a unique perspective of the city via a long exposure and make the cut for best photo of July 2013.
